We are recruiting a team of highly motivated, driven and committed individuals to raise vital funds and public awareness for the RNLI lifeboats and lifeguards who patrol the UK coastline.

We are looking for determined and hardworking individuals with excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a team towards a common goal. Fundraisers will work on various UK beaches, indoor locations and at regional and national events. The role involves engaging with the public face to face, delivering key beach safety messages, acting as an ambassador for the charity and ultimately recruiting new regular supporters to the RNLI.

We need you to commit to full time work from June to September 2016, with opportunities for casual work outside of our main summer campaign. If you’re not available for any period during this time your application will still be considered but preference will be given to applicants with more availability.

A driving licence is not necessary though desirable.

Applicants will be required to work in designated coastal locations for the entirety of the summer period, some of which can be remote.

This contract will commence on 20 May 2015 and will be to cover some weekends and school half term in May and June and to work for the whole Summer season from July to September 2016.

Please note that all F2F employees are paid on a monthly basis.
