Ritchie used to be a boatbuilder, working at Osborne’s yard in Littlehampton, building lifeboats for the RNLI. After joining our crew, he was also a full time lifeboatman for a few years, crewing one of the lifeboats stationed on the River Thames. Married to Sian, he lists his hobbies as clay shooting and the gym.
