Come Visit Us – Littlehampton Lifeboat 23rd & 24th June

Littlehampton Lifeboat station is opening its doors once again for its annual open weekend which this year coincides with Littlehampton’s Waterfront Festival on 23 and 24 June.

The girls and boys on the crew will be on hand all day to show visitors round the lifeboat station and the two lifeboats. The sea safety team will also be around to answer questions and give advice to any water users.

On Saturday morning well known antiques expert Henry Nichols has volunteered his time to give valuations, visitors are welcome to bring their treasures down to the boathouse for valuations in return for a small donation to the RNLI.

Lifeboats from our sister stations, Selsey and Shoreham, will also be coming to visit Littlehampton harbour as well as coastguard and fisheries vessels. Lifeboat demonstrations will be put on throughout the whole weekend.
